This tool is great for small spaces. Raise your work to eye-level so you can see the exact moment solder flows. The screen allows you to heat tricky pieces from underneath... perfect for soldering bezels made from gallery wire. I also use it without the legs screwed on to raise my work just a bit off the surface of my table when I use a baking sheet as a fireproof surface.
