SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 7-14 business days for processing and shipping.

If you are purchasing on a tight deadline, please contact me to make special rush arrangements.

 

 

 

RETURNS

A credit will be issued for items returned within 30 days of receipt.

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless item deemed defective.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

Damaged or defective goods will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer

and must be reported within 15 business days from date of delivery.

Damages deemed above and beyond normal wear and tear will not be replaced.

We reserve the right to refuse any return with signs of excessive wear and tear.

 

Items should be returned in their original packaging,

padded envelope or box and sent insured via a traceable carrier such as UPS or USPS.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods.

 

 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All orders are sent USPS Priority Mail.Tracking information will be sent to email account on file when order is shipped.
